Terms of Service


Item(s) will be shipped within five (5) business days from receipt of payment. We ship via UPS ground, signature required. If you have selected your shipping method as Local Pickup, please contact sabrina@irvingplacestudio.com to arrange a time.


Dora De Larios products can be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Only unused products returned in original packaging will be accepted.

To arrange a return, please email sabrina@irvingplacestudio.com, within 7 days of receiving merchandise, to request a Return Authorization number. Only items with a Return Authorization can be accepted and all others will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipment any any merchandise lost or broken in transit.

Making a Return/Exchange

Please note the Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the return packaging. Authorized returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the RA issue date. Merchandise returned without Return Authorization or outside the return window will be refused and returned at customer expense. Damaged items, used items or items without original packaging will not be accepted for return and will void the Return Authorization. Please use care when packaging items for return and ship with a trusted carrier. We will email you with confirmation when your return is successfully processed.

Damaged Products

If, in spite of our efforts to pack and ship our products safely, you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify sabrina@irvingplacestudio.com within 48 yours of receipt and provide a photo of the damaged product. We will file a claim with our shipping provider and reimburse a full refund.

Dora De Larios ceramics are hand crafted and as such, will show the irregularities and unique character that ordinarily result from hand-crafted work. Normal variations in size, finish, color or texture are not considered defects. Should you receive product that appears defective please notify sabrina@irvingplacestudio.com with a description of the problem and photographic documentation if possible. We will replace defective merchandise or issue store credit and assume responsibility for shipping replacement items.
